Lose Weight Quickly And Safely Through Calorie Shifting

Almost everyone would like to shed a few pounds. But when we think about the frustrations associated with diets we are usually hesitant to start a program. We anticipate being hungry, irritable, and just now ourselves during that time. In fact, many diet plans leave us feeling so hungry that we suffer with headaches or even stomach cramps. That is definitely not a pleasant way to lose weight. Fortunately it is not necessary to starve ourselves into losing weight. Instead we can use the calorie shifting technique.

Now you may be wondering what calorie shifting is all about. Let me explain by describing your metabolism and how it works. You see, the calories you consume are energy sources for the body. As you eat your body will immediately use some of those calories for the needs your body has at the time. In some cases the only requirements your body will have at that time will be the energy to breath and replenish cells.

Essentially, your body is not making a lot of requests for energy at that time. So if you consume additional calories, that is, calories in excess of what the body needs at a given period, those calories will be stored for future use. In many cases they are stored as fat.

Your metabolism rate is based on how many calories you consume over a period of a few days. In other words, if you cut back on your caloric intake for a week your metabolism will adjust to spread that amount of calories out in order to conserve the energy needed for vital functions. But if you increase your caloric intake the metabolism will slow down.

Your body uses the past few days as a guide because that is all it knows. The trick to manipulation of your metabolism is changing the calorie intake regularly. This will keep your metabolism at an almost constant adjustment phase. Your metabolism will increase and you will lose weight.

That is the basis of calorie shifting. The good news is that you will be eating several times a day. You will never be hungry and you are going to lose weight. In fact, most people using this system report losses of about nine pounds every eleven days.

This system works and it will not leave you with the desperate feelings of hunger, frustration, irritability, or other unpleasant side effects of many diet programs. You learn a technique that is proven and that can be used over and over. Calorie shifting is simply a way of working with your metabolism, except you get to have more control than ever before.

You will lose weight and feel better for it. You will never again deal with those frustrating diet plans, you will not need them. If you find that you have gained a few pounds you will know exactly what to do to shed them. This is knowledge that you will be able to use forever!
